PixelMint Studio exclusively sells digital products — files, templates, and content that are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, or duplicated immediately upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned, as there is no way to verify whether the content has been used, copied, saved, or shared after delivery.

If a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing or receiving the product entirely (e.g., broken download link, expired template link), we will re-send the product or provide alternative access.
