Returns & Refunds Policy

⚠️ All Sales Are Final.Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in any traditional sense.

1. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

PixelMint Studio exclusively sells digital products — files, templates, and content that are delivered electronically and can be accessed, downloaded, or duplicated immediately upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned, as there is no way to verify whether the content has been used, copied, saved, or shared after delivery.

This policy protects both our business and the value of our products for all customers. It is standard practice across the digital products industry.

2. What This Policy Covers

This no-refund policy applies to all PixelMint Studio products, including but not limited to:

  • AI Prompt Libraries — Notion template packs and PDF downloads containing AI prompts, variations, and skill templates.
  • Notion Templates — Business, productivity, and personal templates delivered via Notion duplication link.
  • Digital Planners — Planners delivered as Notion templates, Google Sheets copy links, or downloadable PDF/PNG files.
  • Printable Art & Wall Art — Digital art files (PDF, PNG, JPEG) intended for printing.
  • SVG & Creative Assets — SVG cut files, clipart packs, digital paper, and other creative assets.
  • Business Templates — Social media templates, brand kits, Canva templates, and business documents.
  • Bundles & Packs — Any combination of the above products sold as a bundle.

3. Before You Buy

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Before buying, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Read the full product description carefully, including all features, specifications, file formats, and delivery methods.
  • Review all preview images and mockups to understand what is included.
  • Check file format compatibility — ensure you have the necessary software (Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, PDF reader, etc.) to access the product.
  • Review the product requirements — some products require a free or paid Notion account, Google account, or specific application.
  • Contact us with questions — if you are unsure about any aspect of a product, please email us at hello@pixelmintstudio.com before purchasing. We are happy to help.

💡 Tip:If you have any doubts about whether a product is right for you, please reach out to us before buying. We'd rather answer your questions upfront than have you be unhappy with a purchase.

4. Situations We Cannot Refund

We are unable to issue refunds for the following situations:

  • Change of mind — You decided you no longer want or need the product after purchasing.
  • Duplicate purchases — You accidentally purchased the same product twice. Please check your purchase history before buying.
  • Incompatibility — You do not have the required software or device to use the product (e.g., purchasing a Notion template without a Notion account).
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output — For prompt-based products, AI output quality depends on the AI tool, model version, and settings you use. We cannot guarantee specific AI-generated results.
  • Expectations mismatch — The product does not match your personal expectations if it was accurately described in the listing.
  • Not reading the description — Failure to review the product listing, specifications, or requirements before purchasing.

5. When We May Help

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to excellent customer service. In the following rare situations, we may be able to offer assistance at our sole discretion:

5.1 Corrupted or Unreadable Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, contact us and we will provide a replacement file. If we are unable to provide a working replacement, we will work with you to find a resolution.

5.2 Materially Incorrect Product

If the product you received is materially and substantially different from what was described in the product listing (not minor visual differences due to display settings), contact us with specific details of the discrepancy.

5.3 Technical Delivery Failure

If a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing or receiving the product entirely (e.g., broken download link, expired template link), we will re-send the product or provide alternative access.

5.4 How to Request Assistance

If you believe you qualify for assistance under the exceptions above, please:

  1. Email us at hello@pixelmintstudio.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the Platform you purchased from, and the email associated with your order.
  3. Provide a clear description of the issue, including screenshots if applicable.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Any resolution is offered at our sole discretion and does not constitute a change to this policy.

6. Platform-Specific Policies

6.1 Etsy Purchases

Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy's case system and refund policies. If a case is opened through Etsy, we will respond in accordance with Etsy's policies while maintaining our no-refund stance for digital products.

6.2 Gumroad Purchases

Purchases made through Gumroad are subject to Gumroad's terms of service. Our no-refund policy applies regardless of the Platform used for purchase.

6.3 Direct Purchases

Any purchases made directly through pixelmintstudio.com (if applicable) are subject exclusively to this Returns Policy.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly discourage filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us. Chargebacks for legitimate digital purchases may be contested, and we reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of product delivery to your payment provider.
  • Revoke access to any products associated with the disputed transaction.
  • Suspend or terminate your access to future purchases from PixelMint Studio.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
